It's one of the most common trends that I see as a health and diet coach: for months, people trying to get (and stay) in shape work out diligently  then get killed by the holidays or a major job deadline.Many then for the rest of the year "fallen off the wagon."It is a seesaw and also plays out physiologically.

Regular exercise and you get an effect of training brain adaptations, circulatory system , respiratory system, metabolism, muscles and bones that optimize health and function.Stop exercising and your body begins to adapt to that  doing nothing  so you begin to lose all those benefits that you worked so hard to achieve.

That's why we got this simple workout, do-anywhere. It only takes a few minutes a day, it requires minimal or no equipment and it focuses on compound exercise (big muscles, big movements) so it's sure to be effective.It can also be adapted: you can shuffle exercises around or skip some of them, come up with different ways to add resistance, or modify the total number of reps and rounds depending on how long you have and your preferences.
