Staying hydrated is an important part of keeping a safe lifestyle going. Hydration is important as it helps with absorption of food, carries oxygen throughout the body, enhances levels of physical activity, and helps with weight loss and control.
How much water you need depends on the age and body size but a common rule of thumb for female adults is 74 ounces and for male adults is 101 ounces. Using a water bottle with logging on it to drink more water, then refill the water glass as soon as it is finished. Take time to learn how critical hydration is, and how to keep hydrated.
