If you don't set a target, you 're not going to have to focus on anything.Why do you feel motivated? Ask yourself now, after you've set your goal, How confident am I that I can achieve my goal? "Rate it on a 1 to 10 scale. If your number is less than 7, you might want to change your goal into something more manageable, so you feel that confidence flows through you.

Fill out the questionnaire on PAR-Q. The Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) is a quick and easy form that helps to highlight any health problems you have overlooked.Have a talk to your doctor. You don't necessarily need to go and get a full physical, but even a quick email to them is better than just assuming that you don't have any limitations or restrictions to consider when you work out.
