And that is just the pressure from outside. Inside, feelings of boredom and frustration can hold us back from taking the first step every working day, even if we know that when we find our flow, it will become much easier.

And instead of beginning what feels like just another day 's work, breaking your job into different tasks and describing the workload of today as a distinct project will create a sense of purpose.
