What we eat, and how we eat it, is evolving rapidly with growing social distance controls. Although we'll normally eat out at least five days a week under normal circumstances, we've all been advised to stay home as much as possible. It's nice to help our local restaurants eating out right now, but when it's time to cook at home there are some things you need to know to stay healthy for social distance.
