The number of Americans working remotely increased 159 per cent between 2005 and 2017. By the beginning of 2020 more than 4 million people will be working from home. Now that COVID-19 is officially a pandemic and countries across the globe are promoting social isolation and self-reliance, more people will be working from home than ever.

As more states require shelter-in-place action to combat the epidemic, COVID-19 people have started working remotely out of necessity. The Internet is helping us all to continue business as usual with more than 4 million people working from home, with a few improvements.
